Metno is a solo electronics project started by Brooklyn based sound artist and electronic musician Monte Weber (of the band Reliant Tom). Weber holds degrees in Music Composition, and Electronic Music from Columbia College Chicago and NYU. His past work often centers around interactive technology, mulit-media composition, and computer assisted compositional processes, using these tools to explore live physical performance and sound creation in the concert hall and beyond. Metno is Monte's debut album focusing on studio electronic composition and was created in his home studio in Brooklyn NY in Winter of 2019.
